| Becky Thompson | The last time the service technician was here which was for the third service call on my stove which still isn't fixed, he must have knocked like a hummingbird bird again. My home is 1500 square feet and has fans going in every room. I got up nice and early to make sure I'd be up in time for his appointment time. I work 2nd shift and was given a 3 hour window of arrival. Both of the other times he had come, I had been 10 feet away from the door and barely heard him knock. It's been months that I have been waiting for my stove to get fixed. You KNOW I was up and waiting for him! From the first visit he made to today's date, it's been 6 months and my stove burner still isn't working. I'm tired of nagging my landlord and I've called this place myself. This repair guy is either on vacation or out for the day for another reason. I was nice enough to not even lie, keep, or throw out his voltage meter that he left after his first visit! The second visit, he left a burner on high after he left. Seriously?!? I'm ready to toss out the stove and just get one from a garage sale. |
