| Roxie Shiner | We had gone in to order a bed and they had told my significant other they ordered it. We went in a few days later and were closed due to "family emergency" which they were in fact closed due to hunting. Next we wait 2 extra weeks for the bed with them saying itll be here friday, next they say early during the week. Then when they finally get it and say itll be delivered that day, they say to us we will call prior to delivery to make sure we are home. The only call I got was after they had already been here when we weren't home. We felt very disappointed in this busines and very disrespected as a customer. Next time we need to order something from a store we will take our business elsewhere. |
