| Bob Gile | We recently bought a different home. One of the plusses was the appliances were 1 yr old. The oven in the range didn't heat correctly as soon as we moved in. The selling broker found out it came from Sears in Rice Lake which seemed correct as it was a Kenmore. So I called this store to find out about warranty coverage. I was told the only way for them to check this was with the the original buyer's phone number which the broker told me he couldn't share due to privacy laws. When I said I had the Model and serial numbers they refused to help. Great customer service! |
