Appliance Repair by One Hour Martinizing Cleaners in Racine, Wisconsin

Brought in three rugs, was cheerfully told they would be ready in one week. Came back to pick them up and was told by the clerk they were not there. She stated, “Did he call you?” There was no call, but I was then told someone would get back to me. Now four days have passed and I stopped back with no phone call and AGAIN my rugs aren't there. I'm beginning to think they've been lost or stolen. Don't bring anything of value to this cleaner!

This place has absolutely terrible customer service. I brought a jacket in and dropped it off for cleaning. Was informed by staff it would be ready in two days for pick it up. I returned to pick up my jacket two days later. The employee told me they were having trouble cleaning my jacket sleeves. He said he would call me when it was ready. Two 1/2 weeks went by and I did not hear anything from this business. I called and talk to one of the employees and they told me, “They didn't tell you. Your jacket got destroyed”. It took almost 3 weeks for me to find out that my jacket was a ruined. I wasn't informed by anyone! The manager Braina eventually called me to discuss my ruined jacket. She was very rude and condescending on the phone. I explained to her that her employee said he would find me a jacket that was the same as the one that was destroyed. She then replied that she told him not to do that. She said they were not responsible for my destroyed jacket. Beware that if you go here, customer service is about non-existent and when items are ruined they don't care. Absolutely horrible experience.

Always friendly and helpful. Quick turnaround on everything. Laundered and pressed shirts are perfectly starched.
