Helpful staff, a great selection, and very fair prices. Their delivery and removal fees are 1/3 of what places like Sears are asking. They do a 30 day price match guarantee, which is great. I needed a refrigerator with very specific dimensions and I was able to find that through them and get it ordered. I was also really impressed with the huge variety they had in appliances. They have everything from huge ranges and refrigerators to tiny little appartment sized ones, which I know from prior experience can be very hard to find. I will be buying all of my appliances from here from now on. I like to shop local, and this was a pleasant and easy shopping experience.

These clowns have lost my business twice. The first time they kept saying they would get a specific model refrigerator in stock and never did get it in stock after three times of going to the store and asking is it in stock yet. Then now, as they can't answer their phone and their phone is always busy. I have taken my business elsewhere twice now and never gave them business in the first place and with the way they conduct business, I never will give them my business, or bother with the clowns again....
