However, their secretary needs lessons on how to be a human. Rude, inconsiderate, condescending, liar. Actually lied on the phone to us. When we caught her in the lie and brought it up, she tried to say she didn't say it. We had it recorded. Maybe call them before 8am, because you might get to deal with one of the actual people who do anything over there and not the useless secretary. |
