| Pieguy203 The Great | The prices are good and the delivery was done correctly and on time but the salesperson straight up lied by saying that the people who deliver the mattress would take as many large items as we wanted them to. When the delivery people arrived they wouldn't take anything other than the mattress saying that the it's been a sore spot between the two companies because the store says they will take multiple large items when they only take the mattress. To top it off you have to pay extra for them to take the mattress and "as many other large items as you want but not really". The delivery people were very nice and open about the whole deal. |
