| Jason Stuckart | Purchased three appliances from Home Depot with removal of the old three along with hookup of the gas range. The driver states they cannot remove the dishwasher as it is hooked up yet, not a problem, I ask him about the charge for removal or if I am going to be charged for that. He says I am giving him 'attitude'. Really, OK then, I tell him to get out of my house and have the other two workers bring in the appliances into my house. So what do they do, they drop them in my driveway and leave. It is the beginning of winter with snow. Try to call the company, which takes over 25 minutes for someone to answer. Then I am told that a manager will call me back when they are available. What kind of company is this. Now I see the ratings, Home Depot better take care of this as I am current on hold with them. |
| Travis Adams | Ordered a refrigerator and over the range microwave and paid for installing new refrigerator free install with promo, microwave was not free and removing old. Delivery people that came said they do not install. Called Home Depot who called the delivery company and apparently the delivery guys are new are not comfortable doing installation and that I am scheduled for installing on a different day that I was not available for. Horrible communication for letting me know. Not end of the world but extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Home Depot needs a new delivery service. |
