We asked for a quote for the next appointment. Never got the quote and then our coolers will filled with 600 of Freon without our consultation when we asked for a quote to replace the leaky coil. Why continue to fill a leaking cooler with Freon when the real solve is to replace the coil? Called the business to speak to a manager, never got a call back. If you want to be charged 1.5 hours of labor for a repair guy that is there for 20 minutes, go here! Also, no call back and 2 finance charges. Go some where else if you want customer service where they CARE about the client. |
