| Demetrious Fitchpatrick | Service call guy said it was the circuit board that was the issue. Part was ordered and had to wait two days for service. Eugene came the second time and resolved the issue. Issue was not circuit board. Eugene recommended the pressure switch be replaced. Pressure switch done furnace restored to working condition prior to temperature drop below -20 degrees. I would recommend Eugene to come for any issue with your furnace. Great customer service skill. Willing to go above and beyond to satisfy consumer. Thanks Eugene. |
| Amber Price | We had a heating outage during a snowstorm! Really scary with no one to turn to. Within 1 hour we had someone on their way! Eugene was wonderful. Joanna was kind and helpful scheduling on the phone. Eugene also was descriptive and helpful when telling us about prices. The next day we had David come and fix the furnace and he was prompt and helpful. This company had great service, kind / caring staff and was prompt! Hard to find ! Recommended especially in the Riverwest/Milwaukee area. |
