I called to have them come and service my refrigerator. I was having problems when my refrigerator would defrost. Water would accumulate at the bottom, underneath my crisper. The person that I talked with when I first called was great. They did a great job to accommodate me as far as the time frame to come to my house. When the tech from this company, Rick, came it was a very simple fix that he had to do. This company is the absolute best. They are honest, dependable and Rick is outstanding. I have had Rick come to my home before for a problem with my washer and he has always done a great job. He is an excellent, very knowledgeable technician. From the person that answers the phone to the person that completes the work for this company they are exceptional. I can't say enough good things about Rick, excellent technician. This will be the only company I will call when I have any issues with anything in my home. Thank you for dealing with customers the way you do and being so honest and reputable. The rate you charge are extremely reasonable. Thank you again.

Can't recommend enough. Needed a couple parts for my fridge, which they ordered. Not ten minutes after I hung up they called me back to say they actually have the start relay I needed in stock, and the more-expensive overload part usually doesn't need to be replaced anyway, so if I liked I could pick up the start relay now and see if that does the trick. I'd already put in my order for both parts; they had my money - they did NOT need to do this. I picked up the start relay for ten bucks, plugged it in, and my fridge is running like new. Their number is saved in my phone for any and all future appliance repairs, and they have a customer for life.
