| sam sami | A few years ago, an employee of this company accidentally broke a pipe while fixing the A/C unit in our attic. As you can see in our photos, this caused a major leak which damaged the drywall in the ceiling below. The employee returned and admitted that he caused the issue. He ultimately fixed the pipe, but we were charged for both visits. This winter, we were finally ready to fix the drywall and the lowest estimate was 785. I called the owner of Cliff Bergin & Associates, Bob, explained everything to him and asked him to review the paperwork. I asked him to cover the repair cost or at least pay half. He told me he did not doubt what happened and would look into it and call me back, but he never did. I have called him a second time and left a voicemail, but have heard nothing. We do not appreciate his lack of response and we want others to learn about our experience with Bob the owner. |
