We confirmed our delivery date when we purchased our oven, picking a date that we would specifically be home. The week of delivery 4 weeks later we received a text stating that we needed to click a link to confirm delivery. When we clicked the link and it took us to a webpage with no buttons or anything, so we thought everything was good to go. We called Furniture and Appliancemart the day before delivery to check on our delivery time. Apparently they cancelled our delivery because we "never confirmed it". Now they won't even give us a date or time for redelivery. Extremely disappointed! |
