Very helpful & accommodating...went out his way to troubleshoot & fix the audio in my car. Once successfully resolving the problem with my radio, he offered to help me finish some hard wiring I had been planning on, but never found time. I'm very happy with the overall experience & pleasantly surprised with how little time it took. Ultimately I would def recommend him to friends/family & will be calling him for any future work I need done.

Ryan did a excellent job installing and explaining everything about the car starter he installed for my nieces car!! I would recommend anyone going to him. He even fit me in on a Saturday evening which I appreciated, he was great!!

Did some shopping around the usual places to get a remote starter key fob and drone mobile installed on my Wife's minivan; and not only was Tantrum Audio priced the best, but Ryan came off as extremely knowledgeable and flexible with his time. He even said he'd beat a price if I could find a better one because he didn't want to lose a new customer over a small discrepancy in pricing turns out he was already priced the best. That, coupled with the fact that he picks up and drops off the vehicle when it's done, is just phenomenal customer service you just don't find anymore. After the job was done, he was there to walk me through everything, and he's been just a phone call away with any follow-up questions I've had and I've had a couple. Bottom line: he's priced very fairly, knows what he's doing, and makes it as easy as possible on his customers. I'll be a customer for life.
