| Chris Bolgrihn | We bought a washer and dryer from Kirch Appliance and put them into cold storage because we were in the process of moving. Unfortunately it got cold the week they were in storage and there was water in the pumps for the washer which froze and cracked two pumps. I contacted them and they replaced both pumps under warranty at no cost to me even though it was totally my fault that they failed. I was fully expecting to pay to repair them, that's awesome customer service you don't find everywhere! |
