He was upfront about the cost before moving forward with anything and educated me on my options. While he was fixing our washer, he gave me tips on how to best keep our washer functioning well as well as a few other tips. He also took the time to point out to me that we had a very rusted valve on one of the pipes and may want to get that fixed or we could be dealing with a leak soon. It has nothing to do with the washer, but I appreciated him giving me the heads up as I would not have even thought to look back there! We will definitely use this company again if needed because of Tracy! |
