Called her back a week later and she says her Frigidaire people have never heard of the code and can't fix it. It's a control panel code according to the internet. What she was really saying was they are not knowledgeable enough to fix it. No call back to inform me so I can get someone else. Thanks. Thank God it's gas so I can at least cook stove top meals for my family. Now probably another week before I can use the oven because of her. The range is only 4 years old so I prefer at this time to fix it. However, when I do replace it, I will not buy locally from them because of this. If they can't be honest and say something is out of their capabilities, then I don't think they're going to be honest selling me new appliances either. |
