| David Crusey | Sorry but I never rate anyone 5 stars because I don't think anyone is perfect but when Tom came to the house he was as close to perfect as you can get. He did the furnace tuneup and installed a new thermostat and it took him a little more time than he thought it would but he didn't care, he just wanted everything done and done right.. The price was fair compared to other companies and he was curious and very neat and clean. I would recommend Master Services and if you are lucky you will get Tom although I am sure that their other technicians do a great job also. |

The salesman who visited after was very thorough and sincere about finding us the best, most efficient furnace at the right price and that meant a lot. It's a huge investment for us but an easy decision because of their knowledge and compassion for our predicament. |
