| Cattle Prod | As out of the way as this Truck service center may be I feel compelled to offer a statement regarding an effort they made recently to help fix a Fifth Wheel problem I had. I was issued a tractor just weeks before and unbeknownst to me the fifth wheel was adjusted to tightly to accommodate very new trailers with 100 of the King Pin intact. I had some spare time on a Saturday no less and needed a shop if possible to have a look at the fifth wheel to see what the problem was. They offered to do exactly that if I could get there by noon. They were closing at noon I believe and I made it by 10am. The mechanics did some King Pin width comparisons and readjusted the fifth wheel and done before 11:30. Needless to say the day wasn't a loss after all thanks to this essentially small town Big Equipment Service Shop. Highly recommended! |
