| Zach L | I called Ramdell's for a fridge repair. The freezer fan had stopped working, and only the freezer was getting cold. I was able to diagnose the problem over the phone with Bob. He was very helpful and was quick to respond when I first reached out on a Sunday. It was a garage fridge so I wasn't looking to spend a ton to fix it, and did not want the headache of getting into something unknown by buying a used fridge to replace it. I couldn't be happier. Ramsdell was able to order the part and have it within a couple of days. We originally scheduled an appointment to install the freezer fan on Friday 9/27. However, he called me today 9/24 to see if he could stop by and complete the job since he was in the area. I was working and was able to coordinate leaving a key for him. he completed the job as promised for less than the quoted amount. Who does business like this these days?? Great Service/pricing/response time. Highly recommend! We also live in Edgerton and he didn't charge more to come outside of Janesville. |

| James Zumstein | Our washing machine broke down at around 11:30 on a Friday, so I was thinking it would be down all weekend. I called Ramsdell's at around noon, they were at my place by 12:30, and had it fixed by 1:15. It only needed a small part that I wasn't even charged for; only charged for the trip. Great service! |
