Very disappointed in the customer service of their repair service. Called to convert from propane to natural gas. Casey came took pictures of what needed to be completed explained Manager would contact me. After 4 days I called them spoke to Mary who stated Tim handles order like mine. Took number said Tim would return my call. No return call 2 days later I called no return call. 3 days later I called spoke to Tim said he should know within a couple days. Since our conversation I called every other day for 2 weeks. Cannot even get Tim to speak on phone always told he will return call because he does not answer at store. Unbelievable how a repair service can survive with such awful customer service. Understand you might busy but 3 weeks without even a return call , Not even an effort to call me not even once. Also I explained to Tim the one time I spoke to him please let me know if they can or can't do job because I do not want to fill my propane tank. He said he understood obviously he doesn't or he just doesn't care.

Dropped off two John deer mowers to get fixed the riding mower costed 357.55 and when I picked it up it wouldn't rev up to proper speed , a gentleman came and picked up the mower to have it checked he said they probably never tested it out . The self propelled mower costed 100.00 carbs cleaned and new drive belt , I went to use it and it wouldn't drive I checked the belt band there wasn't one , at this point I am pretty upset I hope to have them back soon and in running condition as I paid for service that at this point is poor
