Appliance Repair by Home Services at The Home Depot in Hudson, Wisconsin

This service was horrible. We purchased windows there several years ago and now had an issue with one. First, staff at the desk seemed ornery and didn't seem to want to get off their stools to help. After three visits and several email exchanges, we gave up and went directly to the window manufacturer and they were wonderful and helped us out right away without any trouble. I should also add that a couple years ago I was confronted by staff here and accused of shoplifting. I of course did not. I'm a 72 year old retired guy and the last thing I would ever consider doing is stealing a trinket from this place. I had resolved never to go back to this joint and never would have except for the window issue. WE WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. FOR ANYTHING!

Went to the Hudson location to have cabinets priced for our kitchen of new construction. The fist time we went it took us 30 minutes to find someone to help us in the cabinet department. After talking to an employee we were informed that the person that does designs wouldn't be in until the following day. The next day we returned and were told he wasn't in that day but if we left a copy of the blueprints and our contract info he would write us up an estimate on the cabinets we picked out. We we're told that we would receive a call letting us know when the estimate was complete. A week later, after not hearing anything, I called asking to speak to someone in the cabinet department. Unsurprising at this point, no one answered. I left a message describing the situation and again left my contact information. It's now been 3 weeks and I've still heard nothing. I will not be returning to this location.

Good place for the DIY person and also the ones that can't, as they also sell installation for some of you purchases.
