Appliance Repair by Ritzman Appliance Co in Hales Corners, Wisconsin

I have purchased several appliances from Ritzman and I am completely satisfied. The products are excellent, the prices are affordable and the service has always been top notch. Since discovering this family owned store, I see no reason to shop anywhere else for appliances. I do price comparisons and Ritzman is competitive. Terrific installation too! Kudos to a wonderful business with friendly staff. They have a terrific in store display as well.

Very disappointed. I went in to look at a particular appliance with a very specific need - I told the salesmen the appliance must undoubtedly deal with my need. I explained that this need is something most people deal with a few times year, but in my circumstance it is a weekly need and I cannot live with something not meeting this one need. While I did not state this part... I would also pay considerably more for something meeting this one need and easily give up other features. The salesman took me right to the product line that I assume they make the best money on because if he has listened to me, this model cannot and does not meet my one need. I know this factually because a I own it now and b the manufacturer states it can't do it. I told the salesman this and he stated all he knows is he thinks it can. I don't know what to say beyond this. Major disappointment. I really wanted to like this local family store as I prefer buying at these. However, I can't see how I could possibly trust this place.

Very honest, helpful and knowledgeable family business. We will buy appliances again from them in the future. :-
