| Ashleigh Hoffman | Do NOT use this company for your refrigerator repair! It's been a week since I had someone come to look at my refrigerator, which has cost me 121 already. Just for a technician to tell me he has to “order my parts.” Which he said would be in by the end of the week. They wouldn't make another appointment to actually come BACK and repair my fridge until the actual parts came in. Now, I'm sitting over a week later, NO FRIDGE, and they can't come out until next week sometime they still won't make a date to schedule me to fix it. The woman on the phone wanted to sit and argue with me instead of actually get to the bottom of my problem and help! Paying almost 400 and I'm sitting with NO fridge and no fix date in sight. |
