I have absorbed the costs and was one time offered a 15 reduction of part cost. Now most recent issue with refrigerator and spent extreme amount of time with customer service eventually offered a 30 reduction of parts but was still cheaper to order from Amazon. Begged to have that savings applied to the service fee - DENIED by Jennifer Brown. Begged for that savings to be applied as a credit on file for future part orders - DENIED by Jennifer Brown. Finally asked to be a valued customer and to make all things better and would the company send me a free water filter etc for ALL MY inconveniences and costs associated with these appliances - you guessed it DENIED...... TERRIBLE PRODUCT and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE..... I am going to share this experience with everyone I know for a really long time!!!! |
