Jeff Langlitz	Paid 80 for a service call to diagnose a dryer. I was informaed the part was no longer avaiable. It is a Kenmore dryer so I called Sears Parts Direct and was able to buy the replacement control board. The dryer is working fine after ordering and replacing the part. Called the business to complain. Was told the 80 was for diagnostics and that they only buy from specific vendors. I guess buying from Sears Parts Direct is not reputable enough for them. I would be very careful dealing with Classic Maytag Home Appliance Center. I believe they wanted me to buy a dryer from them and orginal offered half of the 80 back if I bought one from them. What a lack of integrity. If I can steer anyone away from this company I will do so.
