| Tammi Dawson | We like to do business with small business owners as much as possible since we are also small business owners. We purchased a refrigerator and a dishwasher from Lyle in the past 2 years. We needs a service call on the dishwasher and were charged an 80.00 trip fee. We live 11 miles from Lyle. We were charged 7.27 per mile for them to come fix our dishwasher. They also charged for parts and labor which is expected. I feel the 80.00 trip fee is outrageous! I called and spoke to Sue who said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. They have lost a costumer. The job was done well and Gus was fine. |
| Zachary Giovannoni | Lyles tv is probably the only store that I would go to to get appliances or Home theater equipment. Great customer service and good turn over time if they are fixing a appliance that you brought in. For example I brought in a dryer last week to get fixed I talked to a guy named Matt. With in a couple of days Matt called me back and told me the dryer was fixed. I came in on Monday to pick it up and I talked to a female named Nicole and she had a big smile on her face. Every time I go in it's a very comfortable feeling and the people are always respectful and pleasant. Thank you guys/ gals. |
