| Angela Jitterbug Johnson | They could not find a ceramic 18 amp Buss fuse for my microwave when I went in with the Manufacturer name and model number, they said it wasn't in their system. One day when I was working, I had asked a gentleman about it from a different gas/appliance place about it and he has them in stock. Probably cost me about 0.79. Sounded so easy and he didn't even have the manufacturer or the model number. His store is a little farther away from Durand so he suggested that I could get it right in town at Bauer Gas, or the other place in town. I also had my light bulb in my cheap refrigerator at my apartment burn out. My son threw away the bulb not knowing I would need it so along with the fuse I went there with the manufacturer and model number and once again they couldn't find it in their system. They quoted me that the bulb may cost me 35.00. Went home empty handed and am not happy in the least. They really ought to know their job if they are running this kind of business wouldn't you think? |
