Air Systems was awesome! We had them out to install a new AC and Furnace unit. Not only were they prompt in getting us estimates and information, they also were super personable and friendly! We were without AC during the hottest week of the summer and Ross was so kind to offer some suggestions to keep us cool until the issue was fixed! Our service techs, Oscar and Arturo, were also very friendly and kept us in the loop with what they were doing in a way that was easy for us to understand! We would definitely recommend Air Systems to anyone in need of service or a new unit!

Our furnace went out at our townhome in Lake Geneva and we called Air Systems to check it since we used them in April 2018 to replace our water heater for 1025. This is our second home and not residing there full time, we got our recommendations from the home association in the subdivision. We called Air Systems for our furnace and the technician stated that the ignitor stuck and fried the master board. Our choice was replace the master board at 1150 or replace the furnace at 4500. Townhouse is 1 story, 1800 sq ft. And although we knew we would need to replace the furnace within a year or so, we thought that was a lot of money and having no time to shop around, we had the master board replaced. Within 2 weeks of repair and not having been up to the townhouse, furnace went out again. Air systems called and wiped off some water found on the “puck” and “tightened a hose” could this hose have been loose from the repair of the mother board?, they could not find anything else. They company charged us 198. Despite conversations regarding voiding the charge and explaining future business ie. needing new furnace in the near future, our card was charged 198. Customer service was less than ideal and we felt being charged 198 2 weeks after repair of the mother board was unfair and poor customer service. When we replace our furnace chances were high that we would have used Air Systems since we know no other company in Lake Geneva but we no longer would even consider Air Systems. They decided 198 charge trumped a potential 4500 business charge.

I highly recommend Air Systems, Inc. Our air conditioner broke and Devon was there within a few hours to get our unit repaired. He fixed the unit to get us through the weekend. A new conditioner had to be installed for a very reasonable rate. The service people were friendly, professional and neat. They even came by the next day to make sure everything was working properly.
