| Zeller Daniel | Best Buy has pushed me away too long we bought a washer and dryer the end of July the washer and dryer was delivered August 8th August 9th we went into the store because they never level the washing machine August 10th we went into the store because the drain hose came out of the sink and put it on our first floor laundry which entails went into the basement to this day November 4th Best Buy has still yet to fix the problem level the wash machine and replace the floor and all the items that were damaged during the flood the managers were helpful in the beginning and tonight they told me that there is nothing they could do and they gave me their word that they would return the products that were brand-new that were ruined in the flood after their 14-day return policy |
