A .	This company's customer service is horrible as they feel no need to follow up on messages at all. They do everything on their own terms. They require money before they service and then take forever to get out and service the work. The receptionist is far from professional and laughs when you try to hold her accountable. The owner, he must not care to ever return a message as we never heard back from him after several messages were left. For being in a rural area, I wouldn't run a business this way. People have options and I will ensure I will share my experience and give referrals to other companies outside of Karl's.
