There was a service tech there named Boomer who helped me decide what to consider. They delivered the refrigerator the next day which I really appreciated. The delivery team was friendly and careful. We just had our hardwood floors finished and they were very careful. They hauled away the old unit and took all the garbage. I've used both the West Bend store and Cedarburg store and have had a good experience each time. Will come back when I need more appliances. Jim and his team are doing a real nice job helping folks with their appliance needs. |
