It is very apparent as we try and paint and complete our bathroom how unfinished it was left. When given my quote he told me it would be 100 complete. Later, when I reviewed my contract, I found many things were not included. He did not write the contract as we agreed. Even the mudding of the drywall wasn't done. I paid Jayde on a Friday when i thought most of the work was compete. He was to come back and install the toilet and put gables in the attic, which I had paid for on Friday. He ignores my texts completely. He was very careless with cutting cable lines and disabling phone lines, and left them for us to figure out. I feel he took advantage of us not knowing much about this process and I've had to pay other people to come in and finish his work. I learned a very important lesson about carefully reading a contract and not trusting someone at their word. I hope this review can save someone the frustration and financial distress this has caused our family.
