I was expecting to just drop my truck off to have a new battery installed, with the plan to pick the truck up the next day. I was pleasantly surprised that the service department was able to replace the battery immediately. The service writer at the tire desk, the shop manager, and the technician who did the work were all polite and professional. I have always been pleased with work done at the Farm and Fleet Service Center. I was especially impressed tonight. I will definitely be back. Thank you. |
