Dan Gallmeier | Online and on phone I was quoted 103 for diagnostics. Turned out the dryer was not the issue but I was charged 146 to be told there was nothing wrong with the unit. Just because it took the technician longer to diagnose should not be fault of the customer. A quoted price for a service should be honored. |
