| Tony Kannel | We bought a van from them and we didn't notice it didn't have a spare tire. We got home a week later we got a letter from them saying they have a spare tire and cover for our van! So we set up an appointment to have them install it and we got there and there was no tire and no cover. Three months later only calling once a month to check up on them they said they would drop it off at our house...... we still don't have a spare tire. Why would you say you have something for us and make an appointment to install it?We live just over an hour away. |
