| todd parent | Tried to have service work done on my Lopi Gas freestanding stove and told they were too busy to schedule any service work as they were too busy with installations. Three weeks ago when I called they supposedly put me on their schedule for first week in December. Called today and they told me they were too busy. They didn't have the decency to call me and let me know that they would not be coming this week. Now I have to start all over with someone else. Disgusting the way they treat their customers. Stay away! |
