I recently purchased a refrigerator and it was delivered timely. Went to open the doors to fill and had to turn the refrigerator as it was too close to wall to open doors fully. After turning, noticed damage to the side of the refrigerator. Called to get a new one delivered or a credit for the damage. Van Vreede's scheduled a new delivery almost a month later as we needed a Saturday delivery. Got the new one but this time the delivery guys gouged our concrete sidewalks bringing in the new one and removing the old one. We also got another refrigerator where the doors are not level. Called to discuss and was told to send pictures of the concrete. Still waiting for a call back . Very frustrated, wish we would have purchased elsewhere else. Not good service at all.

Cannot be more disappointed in the level of service from Van Vreede's and Howie Voigt. Why shop anywhere else? Let me give you some great reasons. Bought brand new LG fridge along with stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Less than one month later the fridge leaked. Damaged our wood flooring and leaked into basement. Howie Voigt pulls out fridge to root cause leak and there is visible damage to the back of the fridge see photo. Fridge was delivered damaged unbeknownst to us. Photo doesn't do the damage justice as the cover was much more damaged than pictured. They bent the cover back to shape and assured us the condenser was not affected. Couldn't ID root cause of leak and refused to exchange for a fridge without damage. Great customer service. Three service calls total, the fridge stopped leaking. One year later, same damaged fridge stops working. Freezer and fridge thaws. Call Howie Voigt who has all service record history and we're very arrogantly told, "We're booking two weeks out". Tried to explain the history and frustration with their product and the arrogant guy on the phone kept repeating, "We're two weeks out". No effort whatsoever to help even with all of the history attached to this fridge. Do your self a favor and shop anywhere else. Sad I have to give them one star.

Very happy with our experience purchasing furniture at Van Vreede's. Joe Becher, our sales consultant was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about all the furniture we were interested in and went out of his way to help us make our purchase. Joe is the kind of sales consultant you want to do business with!
