I have only bought a few small items from Suess. Every time I bought something they were able to help me answer any questions I had. Pricing is fair, you might be able to find something a little cheaper elsewhere but at Suess I find your paying for their fantastic customer service. Also if you have any issues or questions about a product you purchased years ago from them they will put in the effort to help you answer it or resolve the problem.

They have an article online about getting Fox 11 through an antenna. After recently cutting out cable I tried so many things to get this channel and a couple others. Finally came to them for some help. They walked me through what I was doing and why I was having trouble then set me up with an antenna that worked. Now every TV In the house gets all channels in better quality than I had before. I have and will be telling everyone to come to Suess for help. After all this help they even showed us around to all the amazing equipment they sell. Such a nice store with exceptional staff. Thank you!!!!!

Stopped in to ask a simple question about how to get my antenna to connect to my Samsung television which I did not buy the TV from Suess. The antenna I did purchase form Suess! The gentleman who helped me out was very helpful and professional. he showed me all the steps to get the antenna to work. he also showed me a website that I could go and see what channels I should get based on where I live. I ended up walking around and chatting for a half an hour! I usually only talk to Adam or Rick as they are on the my list of people who I only talk to when I walk in the door. I have always had positive experiences when I walk in the door. They also host technology nights where people can come in and learn more about speakers/TVs/etc.
