From the moment I brought my vacuum in to the numerous phones calls made to him, I have never had any poorer customer service than I did with Commercial Chemical. He never informed me what was wrong, hung up on me several times when trying to get the bottom of things, never returned phone calls to Hoover, never followed up as promised, had and still has my vacuum, AND gave me several different stories as to what was wrong. Hopefully Hoover will find a different authorized repair shop in this area. Finally after over 2 months, they sent me a replacement vacuum! If Zero was an option, that is what I would have rated here. |
