Appliance Repair by Lowe’s Home Improvement in Summersville, West Virginia

Terrible customer service. Placed 2 orders online, one was cancelled stating item was out of stock. I looked and they had 3 on the shelf so I bought it and it said 20 percent off but employee was too lazy to do a price check so I walked over and took a photo of sale sign and went to customer service and they refunded the difference. The other order said it was ready for pickup, when I went to pick up they had not pulled the item. Wasted 30 minutes of my time, I went and pulled it off the shelf myself and the worker told me I had to fill out paperwork so I told them no I cancelled it online and pulled it myself. What a joke. They want you to do their job for them at this location.

Clean well-stocked friendly staff

Expensive! Better have some deep pockets to buy here. Service is mediocre. Go to Walmart instead, if they carry the same thing. Contractors are the only ones who get discounts at Lowe's. That said, the store is clean and well organized. It's fairly easy to find what you need. Some workers are knowledgeable and helpful. Would be a nice place to shop if they weren't 10-20 percent more expensive than everyone else. Forget about the Lowe's credit card also, it's 30+ interest rate has really put alot of local people in debt.
