| James Rinehart | Came to check on my stove going on and off. Didn't have the part so he ordered it that was understandable. When he came back several days later to put it on he charged not only for the part but TWO service calls of 80 plus labor. The part was inexpensive. I've never had a service tech charge 2 service calls in the past. Less than a week later the stove wouldn't stay on again. Didn't wanna pay another 80 for him just to trouble shoot the problem and buy more parts. My daughter in law Googled the problem and watched YouTube videos on installation. She ordered the part online. Put it on and it's still working right today. Won't waste time with Mike's overpriced trouble shooting service again. No rating below 1 star or I'd rate him lower. |

| Barbara Duncan | Our refrigerator was leaking. As soon as Mike arrived and we told him the problem, he said immediately what he thought the problem was. He started working on it. There were two issues and he took care of both in a few minutes. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and neat. The price was right too. I highly recommend him. He was also very pleasant. |
