First of all we don't offer our bathroom to people that walk in off the street only to our customers doing business with the business. I look at safety for my employees, customers and myself. No it is not my lost with your business because you should have come in with him at the time he came in to ask to use our restroom. With this being said I did let your son use the restroom when you brought him in with you. People like this lady needs to understand we as business owners will protect our business no matter how many ugly things you have to say. Customers know this before they walk in a small business. |
