If there's something wrong with it, they'll make a cheap fix that doesn't last then sell it - WITHOUT TELLING THE CUSTOMER IT'S BROKEN AND JERRY-RIGGED. They want you to come back and spend more money on repairs! |
| Gerald Vance | I brought my dryer here for repair. It ran but wouldn't dry. I paid 60 bucks to have them check it out. Five minutes after leaving, they called and said my dryer works fine that I probably have an electrical issue at home. They still charged me 40 bucks and change to plug my dryer up. Horrible way to do business. I expected them to say, " hey, come get your dryer it works fine. Just check your electric outlet at home." Probably the fastest 40 bucks they made all day. What a RIP off! |

He has refused to address my disabled brother's concerns regarding the rotting porch on his rental home.Some of the edges on the roof have fallen off and the supports under the porch have no foundation under them.This has gone on for OVER A YEAR!. He says he has not had time to fix it. Very uncaring & unprofessional ! |
