Was told a refund would be issued 02-14-2020 and still havent received it 2-19-2020 I called and asked when I would get it and the guy on the phone was VERY RUDE.... Told it would take 72 hours to get refunded and then was told it would take 7-10 days.... I know its just 15 but still.... A refund of 15 shouldn't take "7-10 business days" |
