| Cheryl Hall | Easy enough to rent things from. But, things are a little pricy if you don't pay them off within 90 days. I had trouble with a certain model of tv. They tried to tell me someone hit it with something. It didn't happen. They gave me another of the same model and the same thing happened. It ended up being a defect with the tv model. I got no apologies and they weren't nice about it. My payoff date kept changing to a later date. They couldn't tell me why. They replaced a new tv I bought with a used one and paid over 2000.00. |

They have three personal references and yet not only did they call all three of those but they thought it would be ok if they call my place of work looking for me. I got wrote up for “using the store number as a personal number” which I NEVER GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO CALL MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT!!! Only when we first signed up. I get I was late but damn a little over board if you ask me. Worst customer service by far as well. After my current item is paid off I will NEVER AGAIN rent from this store! |
