| Christian Galloway | I bought a washer and dryer that came with a 60 day so called warranty. When I attempted the first load of laundry the next day, it leaked out and water was everywhere. I called, and they promptly brought out a “loaner washer” and took mine to be looked at. Within a few days, the loaner was leaking as well. I called the shop number, cell, as well as sent text messages, but have received no reply. Not to mention the dryer has no timer, but is either on, or you have to leave the door open if you don't want it running. I waited almost 3 weeks, and then bought another set from a relative. I do not recommend this company. |

They all four have given great service so far and three months later when I noticed one of the feed hoses starting to leak I called to see if they had one and was ready to pay for it but they wouldn't hear of it. They replaced it free of charge. Excellent service and really good folks to do business with. |
