Appliance Repair by Lowe’s Home Improvement in Lewisburg, West Virginia

I walked right up to customer service and was greeted by a friendly associate who asked what I needed help with and directed me to the spot that I needed to be at. Once I went over there, I was assisted and given a bag with my items in it to go to the check out and making my payment. All three Associates that I worked with were so super nice and kind, very helpful and attentive and it was an easy trip for exactly what I needed to get done. This specific location is impeccably clean and not scattered throughout with cluttered items. The store layout was well spaced. Easy trip in and out!

Alot of the employees act like you are a bother to them. Some are great but a few, mostly the women act like they wish you would go away. One in particular is named Megan. She has never been friendly and she never smiles. She has an attitude all if the times I have been in and some other people have told me the same thing they experienced with her. It's a shame that a great store has to tolerate such terrible employees due to a lack of people in the area that want to work.

First time delivering to this Lowe's and I am not disappointed at all. Very nice people friendly helpful. I know my company will be coming back again. So I will be looking forward to coming back to this Lowe's.
