| Sefat Shums | I want to to give a good review to the guy who did plumbing job in my basement and install kitchen faucet. But I want to give a bad review to the lady who over charged for the supplies 3 times than the other plumber I worked with before from Barboursville, WV. Not only this she also overcharged 1/2 an hour labor. The guy came to my house at 8:30 and left home at 10:52. Took another 10 minutes to prepare the bill over the telephone. Came home again at 11:00 and finally left at 11:12 after paying the bill. It is fair to charge 3 hours labor because it take 12 minutes drive from my home but the lady charged 3 and 1/2 hours labor. The lady added all the billing and payment time together with an additional half an hour labor. |
