Drew was very nice as soon as I opened the door. I led him to our dryer which was broken, and he told me he would see what the problem was and let me know. No later than 10 minutes he came to me with information about my broken dryer. He showed me the cause of it not working, which was the belt had cracked and shredded. He had a quote very to go and let me know he had to order parts, but would come back as soon as possible. A couple days later he came and got to work. When he started working he had noticed the reason the belt had shredded, which was a bolt that broke apart, and came to show me what happened. I really liked being shown the issues as he saw them so I could physically see what was wrong and knew he wasn't just trying to get one over on me. He had it fixed in under 20 minutes! I would recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone needing work done. Drew was friendly, honest, and the service was very quick!

I was told the price was so much 376.00 dt the price of the part. I googled the part and found it for 70. He then said it was installation. I went to YouTube and found the twenty minute video. What a rip off! I do not recommend. He totally takes advantage of females in my opinion. He would not pull this on a male. It was an over the range microwave. It didn't cost that much new! It wasn't a major appliance. I just liked it because it matched my stove. 300 in labor is a lil too much!
